This special girl came all the way from A ONE'S Kennel in Sweden,
Cocos arrived on 6th May 2010, and I feel it was love at first sight, what a beautiful girl. We then had to wait patiently for her 30 days in Quarantine.
I was very excited when the day had arrived and I could go and collect her, unfortunately a dear friend of mine had passed and I had to make a quick dash up to collect her and drop her off home to go straight to the funeral, as you could imagine how disappointing it was to not be able to spend that time with her settling. But things couldn't be helped and we then spent a sorrowful day at the funeral of Miss Viney Jenkins a great wise woman involved with Cockers all her life.
My partner Jai said you should go to that dog show tomorrow and make Viney proud by taking Cocos to her very first show, so I groomed her and
turned her into a beautiful girl, (after 4 hrs ) With success we came home with her 1st Best Of Breed under Mr Michael Looby (Gordon Setters) a fantastic win. We then had a break from showing for the next 6 weeks due to our winter being very cold and wet and Cocos was very happy being the new house dog.
She started her career being hardly beaten here in Australia, taking her 1st Best In Group after being shown 4 times, now in a space of 4 weeks Cocos has gained her 100 points to become an Australian Champion and won 3 Best Exhibit in Group awards, a huge win for Cockers, we have tough competition in our group with some fabulous top winning dogs.
This girl is a joy to own and we cannot thank Ann Sward "A ONE"S enough for sending such a beautiful bitch, and her friend Stefan "Ch A One's
