We are extremely proud of this dog and his achievements.
From a young age we just knew that Angus had the potential to be a top show dog, and he proved his worth both in the ring and as a sire. Consistently winning at breed level amongst strong competition, by 2 years of age Angus had been awarded his fist Royal CC and Best of Breed (video clip below) DOL Top 10 Best of Breed Leader board 2009 2010 &2011.
To his credit Angus has produced lovely strong boned puppies, following in their fathers footsteps and showing their own potential in the ring
from an early age. With 2 daughters from the same litter Aust CH Elspan Wish Upon A Star and NZ CH Elspan Forget Me Not At Janan gaining their titles on opposite sides of the Tasman within days of each other.
Angus is an eye catching showman and a joy to watch in the ring, and there have been so many memorable moments during our 5 years but the top 5 would have to be:
Melbourne Royal 2009 DCC & Best of Breed - Mr Luis Pinto Teixeira. Portragul
Adelaide Royal Show Society 2011 DCC & Reserve Best of Breed - Mr M Forte. Ireland
Brisbane Royal 2011 DCC & Best of Breed - Mrs M MacBeth .Canada
Best In Show 2011 - Mr A Weil
Best In Show 2011 - Mrs N Zimmerele & Mrs B Marsh
Angus was shown in Melbourne from 2007-2010 and then campaigned in Queensland by Margaret East during 2011-12, Angus now resides in New Zealand.
